Hi! We are looking to go to Croatia from January 2021 to April 2021. We are from Montreal Canada. We are aware we have to apply at the Ottawa Embassy but were not sure if the forms we need to fill out would be given to us at the Embassy or we fill them out beforehand? We cannot find the forms online anywhere
